Anytime i want bad or perhaps evil management, I think the power between leaders and enthusiasts are often locked in a complicated dance of sorts. Leadership today is actually a phenomenon, which in turn implies that an innovator, by nature, can be someone wise and inspirational. However , it is advisable to understand that sometimes a leader is influenced by deeper forces, and also their followers. Leadership could be painted in shades of greyish, sometimes in black and awful leadership is really as ubiquitous since it is insidious. This is not to say that bad leadership is more frequent than great leadership, any more than it might be said that poor people are better in number than very good people, and human nature is complex, command is susceptible to shades of dreary and black as in white colored.
Given this, and considering that bad leadership both in open public and private industries of business has never been more blatantly in evidence as it has been today, the question I would have to inquire is why the leadership field has been therefore rich with work on good leadership, therefore barren of on poor leadership and whether there are certain leadership actions that help the practice of bad management? This paper will take a look at those behaviors that can create bad leadership and the results those actions have issues followers and visa versa.

The way a leader influences other folks in a long lasting way through his character and behavior.
